Imagine feeling open, relaxed and free in your body. What would it be like to be able to release tension and pain through new and enjoyable movements and leave feeling a renewed sense of ease and youthfulness in your hips?

This workshop is dedicated to improving the function of the hip joints and making every day activities such as walking, getting up and down from the floor and sitting, more accessible and comfortable.
You will experience new movement patterns in the form of somatics and revisit some of your old yoga favourites in asana.
An ability to move up and down from the floor with relative ease will be required for this workshop.
