Our time together will be dedicated to finding balance in autumn, with therapeutic practices that unwind physical and mental tensions and create the perfect condition for your inner landscape to be settled and calm.

Autumn - a time for you

As the wheel of the year turns, we travel through the seasons, each one governed by a unique and different energy.


Year after year the season of summer comes to an end and gives way to shorter, darker days and the arrival of autumn.


Autumn is a time of transition, a reminder from the natural world that we can't 'summer' forever and after a period of living life with an 'outward focus' during the warmer months, we are encouraged to shift gears and find solace in slowing down and turning inward as we head toward deep winter.

Callie and Sarah will be offering you ways to support yourself as autumn unfolds and help you allow this season to be a
time for you.


A period in the year where you honour the need for stillness and reconnect with the quiet strength that comes from slowing down and turning inwards.

An autumn day retreat to remember!

Saturday 27th September
10am to 6pm £120pp

After receiving some requests for a day retreat this year we are happy to invite you to Snowdonia in September. Join us all day on the Saturday for an interesting day of learning how to support yourself during autumn time, with somatic movement, yogic breath-work, ayurvedic techniques, deepy restful yoga nidra, clean fresh air, delicious home-cooked food and wonderful company!


It's going to be a really lovely day filled with therapeutic practices that will leave you feeling nourished and completely rested. All tuition from Callie & Sarah is included as well as lunch and dinner.

General Information about Your Retreat


  • How much will it cost me?

    The cost of the full weekend retreat is £425 per person.


    An additional charge of £50 will apply for single occupancy in a twin room totalling £475 per person.


    The cost of the day retreat is £120.

  • What's included in the price?

    The price for the full weekend retreat  includes your accomodation, meals including breakfast, lunch and dinner and all tuition delivered by Callie & Sarah.


    The price of the day retreat includes all tuition as well as lunch and dinner. 

  • Do you require a deposit ?

    Yes, a non-refundable deposit of £200 is required to book and secure your place on the full weekend retreat.


    Full non-refundable payment of £120 is required to secure your place on the day retreat.

  • Do I have to take part in every class during the weekend?

    No. The weekend is your gift to yourself. 

    You can do as little or as much as you feel is right for you. 

  • What happens if I have to cancel?

    Please visit my website and read my Terms & Conditions on my Cancellation Policy. 

  • When will the final balance need to be paid by?

    The final balance  for the full weekend retreat will need to be paid 3 weeks before the retreat begins.

  • What will the classes be like?

    Callie will be offering therapeutic classes which will include somatic awareness through movement. Restorative yoga. Guided meditation and savasana. Yoga nidra.


    Sarah will be sharing her depth of knowledge on Ayurveda and offering insightful practices that support you during autumn time.

  • What's the itinerary of the day retreat?

    Example itinerary for the day:


    9:45am - arrivals


    10 to 12 - Taking Care of Vata with Sarah


    12 to 12:30 - Yoga Nidra with Callie


    12:30 to 13:30 - lunch


    13:30 to 16:30 - free time


    16:30 to 18:00 - movement class with Callie


    18:00 - dinner then home
